4.4 Measurement
and Evaluation
To know whether the objectives of lesson is achieved or not, the teacher
provides an exit pass paper. It is a sheet with a short question asking about
what do students remember about the topic given at that day. The evaluation
stage includes valuing of lesson discussed. It could be in form of a short item
test with 10 to 20 points/number of questions. Then, the end of the topic,
the teacher provides a quiz to measure students’ understanding of the topic
given. There was one thing I
interested that the evaluation not merely in the form of essay test or multiple
choices but sometimes the teacher used various types of question like true and
false question and other things to make students became the critical thinker.
