6.2 Procedures of Practicum

Become a part of the Sea-teacher program is not easy. It needs efforts and hard work. Why? Because there are several tests that must be passed before able to become part of this program. The tests were listening, speaking, writing, and reading test. Then the teaching skills also measured to know whether you are able to take this responsibility well. Since my arrival in Philippines I have learnt a lot about teaching and learning skills which started by observing the class, thus I know the student characteristics; know how teachers teach in Philippines and know how to adapt with different environment. Further, I set my lesson plan and gave it to my cooperating teacher who was Sir. Joseph before I started teaching, thus he able to give me feedback and revised if there are any mistakes and deficiencies on my lesson plan. After got the revision then I also reviewed and learned it, to know where my lacks were. Further, I consulted for my revision before started the teaching practice. On the second week and the third week was my teaching practice where I thought the class that has been arranged for my schedule which was 8 Inventors and 8 Researchers. There were also initial and final visit that as the evaluation of the teaching practice progression
