6.6 Suggestion for future improvement

1. For the program

Overall this program was good and really beneficial especially for the prospective teacher. From this program the prospective teacher able to know and practice how to be a good teacher in future. But there are also some things that need to be considered such as the time allotment of the program which really short for practice. It is better to have the extended time rather than only one month, because by having an extended time the progress and the improvement of the teaching practice will be clearly able to identify. Moreover, the information about writing the blog is not clear enough. I mean, we (me and the other participants) still confuse how to write or how to put the appropriate self-report in the blog, remembering that the content of the self-report quite complex.

2. For the prospective teacher

For the other prospective teacher, joining this program is really meaningful and beneficial for our future because we can learn and experience new things in our lives. We are not only learn about the things that inside the classroom but also the environment especially learn new this about Philippines. However, there also some things that need to be improved especially for my teaching skill and language skill, and how to do that is by practicing because practice makes perfect.
